K2 periodically holds DC Hand Dance classes. To get

DC Hand Dance is an improvisational form of partner dancing
that originated in the Washington, DC area in the '50s and '60s.
It has roots in the
predecessor dances, like Lindy Hop
and Jitterbug. The patterns and expressions
of the dance are as varied as the people who perform them, but
the basic six
count is the common characteristic. Individual style and
interpretation are key elements in the definition of this dance. Check out the
